The increasing number of requests for the premises of the House of Culture by all manner of organizations, makes it necessary to regulate bookings.
The range of applicants includes unions, political parties, sports clubs, associations, individuals, companies and company boards, schools, residents' groups...
The most regularly requested rooms are: Meeting room, classrooms (school classrooms, choral room and plastic arts room) and Assembly hall. The Dance Room is already regulated in the decree regulating prices for sports premises.
Criteria for the application of rates
When an organization applies for an act of social or cultural interest advertised and open to the public (informational talks, conferences, debates, film showings), this will be granted free of charge. During election periods, to avoid possible monopolization by the political parties, the number of bookings will be limited to one per party.
When the use is private (meetings, assemblies, courses, work sessions etc.) the rate will depend on the number of hours, the room used and the additional services of each room (microphone, video projector, overhead or slide projector...). This fee is waived for sporting and cultural associations in Muskiz and for uses by the Muskiz City Council or other organizations at the request of the City Council.
Prices
Assembly hall: first hour 30 euros, successive hours in the same day 10 euros.
Meeting Room: first hour 10 euros, successive hours in the same request 5 euros.
Dance Room from 10 am to 3 pm: one hour, 3.64 euros.
Dance Room from 3 to 9 pm: one hour, 6.76 euros.
Requests
Requests for premises subject to a fee will have to be made in writing, using the form obtained from the House of Culture.
Rooms can only be booked for times during the opening hours of the House of Culture.
Schedule
Mondays - fridays:
9:00 am - 21:30 pm.
Saturdays and sundays closed.
Holydays
(Summer, christmas...):
9:00 am - 15:00 pm.
Exhibition room schedule :
17:00 am - 21:00 pm.
