The Ivan López Muskiz Motorcycle Club was set up on 5 January 2001 by a number of Enduro fans from the area who wanted to pay tribute to Ivan López, a colleague who died on 9 May 1999 in an accident while practicing Enduro. Their hard work and dedication has helped popularise the sport among other people in Muskiz
Since its foundation, the club has organised the following events:
- First Ivan López Muskiz Memorial.
- Second Ivan López Muskiz Memorial.
- Trial Exhibition.
- Third Ivan López Muskiz Memorial.
- Fourth Ivan López Muskiz Memorial.

The Iván Lopez MC has been chaired by Jose Manuel Barberan for the last four seasons. The executive members of the club are:
• Jose Ignacio de Miguel (Deputy Chair and Secretary).
• Jon Ruiz (Treasurer).
• Carlos Ranero (Ordinary member).
• Ana Sainz (Ordinary member).
The club has 75 members who all help ensure its smooth running. The offices are at El Crucero street, 16, 2nd left.
The club is one of the most important of its kind in Spain, in terms of the standard of its members and the tournaments it organises - including the Ivan López Memorial.
