History
The Muskizko Ikastola Parents' Association was founded in 1977 to promote sport in the school area. Since it was founded it has been one of the leading Basque-language schools in Muskiz.
It has gradually made a name for itself throughout the province, and has had important successes in the sporting events in which it participates. Because of the variety of new sports disciplines emerging and the impossibility of covering all the demand with the limited number of players, the school joined the amalgamated sports association created in Muskiz, to give students an opportunity to participate in all the different sports practices.
News
For the last two seasons, Ernesto Biota has been in charge of sport at the Muskizko Ikastola. Other members of the board are:
• César Saralegui (Chairperson).
• Antonio Rojo (Deputy Chair).
• Betsu Martínez (Secretary).
• Alberto Bargos (Treasurer).
• Jose Pablo Otero, Verónica Del Valle, Gorka Tubet, Antonio Hurtado and Gotzone de Miguel (Ordinary members).
The parents' association currently has 16 members. The offices are in the school itself.
